Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the LifeBurn mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and LifeBurn (Shari Official).

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and End-User License Agreement (EULA).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LifeBurn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. LifeBurn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete.

You must notify us immediately at shariofficial01@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

The App allows you to enter financial data, including purchases, hourly rates, and notes (“User Content”). You retain full ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant LifeBurn a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality to you.

You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights. LifeBurn reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

The App, including all code, design, graphics, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by LifeBurn and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

LifeBurn is free to download with optional Pro subscription features.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managed via Apple: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. LifeBurn cannot issue refunds directly.
• Free Trials: Any free trial period will be specified at the time of offer. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
• Pro Features: Subscribing to LifeBurn Pro unlocks premium features. Your subscription status is verified through RevenueCat and managed by Apple App Store.

LifeBurn may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our interests.

You may terminate your account at any time by navigating to Settings in the App or by contacting us at shariofficial01@gmail.com.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LifeBurn does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. All financial calculations and time-based conversions provided by the App are for informational purposes only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEBURN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
