End-User License Agreement

LifeBurn (Shari Official) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the LifeBurn mobile application (“App”) on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely in accordance with these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service (the “Standard EULA”).

In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall govern to the extent of the conflict.

Pro subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed by the Apple App Store. Your subscription status is verified to unlock premium features within the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App.

Subscriptions are auto-renewing and can be managed through your Apple ID settings. You may cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

This EULA should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App, in whole or in part.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices appearing in the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

The App, including all code, design, graphics, trademarks, branding, and content, is owned by LifeBurn and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App (“Feedback”), you grant LifeBurn an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback without compensation to you.

LifeBurn may from time to time provide updates, bug fixes, or new features for the App (“Updates”). These Updates are subject to these terms unless accompanied by a separate agreement.

LifeBurn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice.

This EULA is effective until terminated. LifeBurn may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

You may terminate this EULA by deleting the App from all your devices. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9 shall survive termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LifeBurn does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. Any financial calculations provided are for informational purposes only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEBURN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $50.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
